The project was complex at times because of the age and condition of the structure, but they made it all so simple and smooth. It ended up costing more than we had anticipated but every change and/or charge was explained and justified. We ended up hiring Ivan to do other work around the farm, too, restoring fascia and soffits and additional corrugated roofing.
Ivan really went the extra mile to give us a stellar restoration! Next summer we will have him out to do maintenance to our arena and barn roof. Hire with confidence!

We experienced a very bad winter storm today. A big branch at my backyard tree broke and hitted the roof of my house. I called Ivan in the early morning, he immediately responded to my phone call. He came to my house under the extreme weather condition, removed branches from the roof, shoved snow on the roof to check the shingles and immediately fixed the holes. We are very happy with his quick response and quick fixing of our problem. We definitely recommend their service.

Just had the roof of our house, garage and shed re-done by Ivan and Jacqueline and are very happy with the results.
There are a few specific things that really stood out to me in the process of working with Intricate:
1. The owners were on sight working on our house every day. This was important for us as we have a very challenging roof so knowing there was experts on-sight every day was very re-assuring,
2. They are comfortable taking the time to explain things to you. As a young first time home owner I am not the most experienced with things like roofing. Ivan was very happy to sit down and walk me through everything until I had a comfort level both before and during the job.
3. The price was right! I reached out and got multiple quotes and Ivan presented the best combination of price and quality.
Overall, we were very happy with the service and will be recommending them to anyone one asks.

Our roof started leaking during the heavy rain. We called at night to get someone to fix it, and next morning they came, made a temporary fix, and inspected the whole roof. Did a very good job explaining to us, why that happened and what and why needs to be fixed. Even though we still need to change the whole roof, the temporary fix helped really well, and during rain on the next day, at least the roof wasn't leaking anymore.

Ivan from Intricate was the first to respond from all the companies I contacted for quotes. He was able to come take a look at the roof and provide a quote the same night I started looking for companies. I spent the next week talking with quoters from the companies I did not choose. I chose Intricate because Ivan sounded knowledgable, enthusiastic, and invested in his company. We discussed and agreed upon the details of the job and I provided a deposit. A couple days later he had the materials ordered from a local supplier where I was to make the purchase. Another couple days after that the materials were craned onto our roof with Ivan's help. Another couple days later he began work! The two person team was able to remove old shingles then install new decking, drip edges, maxi vents, underlayment, water shield, ice shield, and shingles on the ~1850ft² roof in 2 days. During the installation, Ivan kept us up to date with plenty of photos. They're a no fuss, get the job done right type of company. I would recommend them without hesitation.
